HR scheduled an interview for 28/11/2022 at 5 pm, lasting 60 minutes. However, the panel joined and the interview extended to 100 minutes. The experience was quite negative. 1) The interviewer insisted on their specific coding approach even though my code was executing correctly. 2) They displayed a condescending attitude throughout. 3) Their ego and unwillingness to consider my input were evident. 4) I overheard that interviewers treat Salesforce candidates similarly at Persistent Systems, which was a mistake on my part to attend. 5) I advise future Salesforce candidates interviewing with Persistent Systems to be very patient and consider mediation a day before the interview. Thank you, Prasanth Kalluri, for testing my patience. Persistent should implement candidate feedback for their interview process to improve it. Otherwise, it will negatively impact their hiring and image.

The hiring process involves several steps. First, there's an aptitude test, which is part of the 'My Passion Challenge'. Practicing with online aptitude papers is key to clearing this first stage. The more you practice, the faster you'll become and the better your chances of success. After that, you'll move on to interview rounds. Technical interviews will focus on the technologies you're most comfortable with, so choose wisely and ensure you understand their fundamentals. They'll expect you to know at least one programming language like Java, C++, or .Net, along with basic SQL and networking concepts. It's also helpful to prepare answers for common interview questions beforehand. Finally, there's the 'My Passion Challenge' itself, with many related questions available on Quora.

Contacted the Recruiter through Linkedin. Got selected in both rounds. Recruiter called for salary confirmation and told to release offer letter in a week. Then recruiter stopped taking calls and replying to emails. Recruiter herself told the salary structure and job position. Even if you are rejecting candidate at this stage, atleast tell the candidate since you confirmed everything.
