Revenue Enablement Program Manager
So, the whole interview thing was pretty intense and a real test. I went through five rounds in total. It included meetings with a Senior Manager and a Director. Then, there was a presentation to a panel. I got a verbal offer, and the very last step, which they said was basically a formality, was to submit recommendations. I was expecting a formal offer by email the next day, but then... ghosted. I tried reaching out to the hiring team multiple times, but no one got back to me. It was a bummer and honestly felt a bit embarrassing since I'd asked colleagues for recommendations. Up until that point, it was a pleasant experience. I just wish they'd given me a reason, especially after all the work I put in.
- Could you outline a plan for launching an internal event, detailing the roadmap for both pre-event and post-event tasks?
Data Engineer
So, the whole interview thing had 5 rounds. First was HR, just chatting about me and why I wanted to switch jobs. Then the Hiring Manager talked a lot about what I did before and asked about data pipelines, processing, and how I'd solve problems. Round 3 was technical, with SQL to find a KPI, and questions on Spark and CI/CD. After that, I talked to a stakeholder about how I work with people and gather requirements, plus some data modeling. The last one was with the Director of Analytics for a 'Top Grading' chat about my past work. It took ages to hear back after all that, like 15 days, and I had to chase HR like 4-5 times. HR finally said the feedback wasn't great, but didn't say why. It felt like things went well during the talks, so the no-offer was a bit of a surprise.

Sales Data Quality Manager
I was contacted by Motive and went through six rounds of interviews (with positive feedback throughout) only to be told after the final round with executive management that the role was filled internally. The only feedback provided by Motive was that the pace of day to day operations at my current organization may be different than that of Motive, and so the decision to move internally was made. I've seen several similar reviews on Glassdoor so should have known better. Word to the wise - know that Motive will waste your time in the interview process only to back out in the 11th hour with little to no legitimate justification.
- Can you share an example of a technical sales project you've completed in your current role, detailing the outcome?
Account Executive
I applied online and heard back from the recruiter pretty fast. That call seemed to go well, and I was talking to the Hiring Manager within a week. He was nice and explained the plan for the call, but I kind of knew I wasn't getting the job within the first 10 minutes based on how he sounded and looked. He just went through a list of questions instead of having a real chat, though I guess I might have talked too much since I treated it like a conversation. Still, it was one of the better interviews because at least I knew right away I didn't get it, instead of waiting forever like with other companies.
- Can you share a moment you were most proud of and describe your process?
