Recruiting Coordinator
Quick process. Recruiter phone call, hiring manager screening, interview with 2 employees and final call. Communication could have been better since I had to reach out a few times for an update. Accepted the job, enjoying this company.

Recruiting Coordinator
The interview process was really quick and easy to understand. I started with a standard phone screen where we reviewed my resume, talked about my experience and tasks, and I got to ask about the company and culture. I connected well with the recruiter, so they invited me for an on-site interview right after the call. We set it up, and I had the interview a week later. The on-site was simple, comfortable, and well-thought-out. I met three team members, including the recruiter I spoke with initially. They asked questions about my past experience, my aspirations, how I could contribute, and how they could support my career growth. They also answered all my questions thoroughly. It was a really valuable experience. A few days later, I heard back that they liked me and wanted me on the team, but there was a small issue to sort out first. I appreciated them telling me, as it kept me informed and gave me space to consider other options. The issue was resolved in about two weeks, and I received an offer, which I accepted right away. The potential for growth at the company and for my own career, the people, the culture, and the clear communication throughout the process made me accept immediately. I'm still happy with that decision months later.

- What led you to pursue a career in recruiting?
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Head of Talent Acquisition
I was really excited about the opportunity to lead the talent team with this exciting company, but I was deflated after meeting with the hiring manager about the role. The company and CEO seem amazing, but the interview process was long and they didn't focus on my skills during the interview process. The management team lacked interviewing skills. I know that they are a fast growing company, but they need someone to lead the talent team that can teach them proper interviewing skills. They asked inappropriate questions during the interview. My advice is get training before you move forward with any more interviews!
- Can you describe how you would go about marketing the company to attract candidates?
