Technical Support Engineer
This role has multiple stages, including a panel interview. You gotta stay confident and active. If you prepare well, you can totally ace it. You can use YouTube or ChatGPT for prep. Make sure to read the job description because they might ask questions based on it.
- Tell me about a time you fixed a technical problem all by yourself.
- Have you ever resolved a technical issue on your own?
Technical Support Engineer
The interview process has 4 steps: first a HE screen, then two rounds with the Hiring Manager, a technical round, and finally a Director round. The process was smooth and good. The Manager for the Developer Support Team was great, but the other managers weren't as good, they just had bloated egos.
- Can you explain BASIC HTTPS protocols?
- Do you have experience with Basic SQL?
Technical Support Engineer
It was a pretty standard remote interview process. It started with a recruiter call, where they asked some basic questions. Then, I had a call with the hiring manager who asked some basic technical questions. Finally, I went through a panel interview where they also asked basic technical questions. The whole thing took about 3 weeks. They inquired about various aspects related to the field and the company, including how I would handle certain situations. Unfortunately, they didn't seem to have much of a sense of humor.
- How would you troubleshoot a Bluetooth device that won't connect to a car?
