Sales Development Representative
First, I had an initial call with the recruiter. Then, there was a personality test and I also had to provide 2 references. After that, I had a video call with the hiring manager. Then, there was another call with three hiring managers. Finally, I had a short 15-minute video call with the director. Overall, it was a good and smooth process.

Sales Development Representative
The interview process was pretty straightforward. The recruiter or recruiting coordinator handled all the scheduling. It focused on your sales experience and past key performance indicators. There were 4 rounds in total, and the whole thing took about a month to complete. The recruiter was really involved, keeping in touch with both me and the hiring team.
- Can you tell me about your experience as an SDR?
- What were your previous KPIs?
- What excites you about joining Motive?
Sales Development Representative
First, there was a recruiter phone screen. Then, I had a video interview with the hiring manager. She seemed really unprepared and asked basic questions. It was pretty unprofessional because she was constantly switching between her phone and computer, and would disconnect multiple times. I get having tech issues, but it would've been better to just stay on the phone after the first time she dropped so I didn't have to repeat myself. Honestly, it was one of the more unprofessional interviews I've had recently, especially for a job that paid way less than my last one. They rejected me a few days later.
