First up was a phone call with the recruiter, pretty easy, just asking about my interest in the job. Then, an online interview with three managers, who asked more stuff from my resume and why I wanted the job. They threw in some behavioral questions too. Got the offer a couple weeks later. It was a really quick and smooth process.

I had a first phone chat with a recruiter, then a second interview with the department's hiring manager and supervisors. The third interview was with a specific physician. The interviews went well, but I didn't get the job. The recruiter mentioned they all liked me, but apparently not enough.

So my interview process took about 3 months for just 2 interviews. The interviewers were super chill and direct, asking the usual 'tell me about yourself' and behavioral stuff. Make sure you can connect your background to the job description and the company values. The department I was interviewing with can be kinda hectic and disorganized, which is why it took so long.

The interview process was long. I had an initial video interview with the HR Lead, and it seemed as those the interview had gone well after we spoke. However, it took 4 weeks later to find out the position has been offered to someone else. There was not much information provided in the weeks prior when I followed up, so it was obviously, disappointing to hear the position had gone to someone else.

  • How effectively do you collaborate within a team environment?
