First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
Project Manager
After not hearing back for a couple of weeks post-informational, I got a text to set up four 45-minute interviews. The confirmations came the night before, so it wasn't super organized. The offer was extended a week later by an HR person not from the department, which made negotiating tricky.
- What motivates your interest in this company?
- What is prompting your job search?
- Can you describe a situation where you guided a team through a period of change?
Project Assistant
The interview process was pretty easy. I had my HR interview and 1st round interview all in the same day. Received an email asking me to come back for second round interviews. Went on the second round interviews and the same day I received the call that I was being granted the position.
- How would you handle interacting with people with different personalities?
Project Manager
I had a phone interview with the team lead. He first talked about the team's role and what they're looking for in a candidate. Then, we went over my resume. He also gave me a chance to ask questions.
- Can you tell me about your experience with Market Research?
