The first step was with HR, very general, involving a presentation about myself and my past experiences. The second step was with the manager, more specific and longer, where I had to prepare myself on the role and the products and show a real link of knowledge of the sector. The third step was with N+1, general and a bit informative, where my language levels were tested.

It was smooth some challenging questions. They let you talk about your experience first and then ask the questions about the situations. I've asked some questions about the role as well. The process seemed to go smoothly overall, with some challenging questions mixed in. They started by letting me discuss my past experiences, and then moved on to asking questions about specific situations. I also had the opportunity to ask some questions about the role itself.

Behavioral Presentation

I recently went through the recruitment process at LVMH and overall, it was a very good experience. From the start, the recruiting team was professional, kind, and listened well. Communication was smooth and transparent, and they always responded within the expected timeframes. The interviews were well-organized, focusing not just on technical skills but also on interpersonal qualities and how well one fits with the group's values. The recruiters took the time to explain the company, its challenges, and career development opportunities, showing their dedication to candidates. All in all, I found the process clear, organized, and encouraging. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to join a prestigious group where people and excellence are central to its company culture.
