Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LVMH.
Marketing Assistant
Had a video interview with HR, and then another video interview with managers and area managers. They asked behavioural questions and about my knowledge on the brand. It was a really nice experience, no tough questions, and nothing challenging.
- What makes you interested in this role?
- Can you tell us about your brand knowledge?
Marketing Executive
The interviewer was nice and asked questions about a case study. However, she was late by 1 hour, which I found disrespectful of people's time. The case study was about marketing campaigns and writing a press release.
- What are your motivations for applying to this position?
Marketing
Got the first contact after applying in about 5-6 days. Had a short questionnaire and was sent a brief before the interview. It was a fairly standard interview process, but with a focus on the UK and specifically London's beauty industry. Knowing about large wholesalers would be a plus, as would having a good understanding of competitors and brand positioning. I had to prepare a small presentation for one of the brands in their portfolio.
- Could you tell me about some brands you are familiar with?
- Which brands do you personally purchase from?
- Are there any advertising campaigns that stand out to you?
