Marketing Intern
So first there was this excel test, which was kinda intense but they don't expect you to finish it all, just do your best. Then a 30 min call with HR, pretty standard stuff like asking about the brand and competitors, and for an example of key competencies. The HR person was super nice and easy to chat with. The last part was an assessment centre with a group task and an interview with the hiring manager where they asked more specific questions. I actually had another interview the following week too. Everyone was really lovely, just be yourself and get involved, and it'll go by fast.
- What would you say is your greatest strength?
- How could you apply a topic from your studies to this job?
- What unique knowledge from your degree can you contribute to this position?
Digital Marketing Intern
The first step was a 30-minute HR phone call where I was asked to give a brief self-introduction, talk about my motivation, and explain why I chose this company and this role, as well as why I'd be a good fit. Then, I had an hour-long interview with the Senior Manager. This involved a real business case study and questions about my motivation, company interest, self-introduction, role interest, and suitability. Finally, there was a 30-minute Director interview, covering similar topics: why this company, why me, a short self-introduction, why this role, and why I'm a good fit.
- Tell me about yourself.
- Why this company, and why you?
- Why this role?
Marketing Intern
So first I had a phone interview that was about 45 minutes to an hour long. They asked me about my CV, my recent experiences, and how I handled different situations. After that, I was invited to an assessment center. There were 11 candidates there. We all got an individual task to prepare for a 15-minute presentation. When we got there, we all introduced ourselves for 3 minutes. Then we were split into groups of 4 for a task we had to brainstorm for 30 minutes and then present for 10 minutes. After lunch, we did our individual task presentations and a short interview.
- Can you tell us about a brand with successful marketing and how its strategies could be applied to Moët Hennessy?
