I was offered an interview which was pretty casual, held in a cafe and lasted about 45 minutes. Right after, I was offered a trial shift. It was not a great experience as we knew nothing about the products. It wasn't busy, so we were basically competing to get a customer, but we couldn't even give them proper info and had to guess. It was awkward, and we weren't paid, though we got a free shower gel. I found out I got the job on my way home from the trial shift.

Group Presentation Behavioral

We had a group interview with about 10 other people for a seasonal job, and 4 managers led us through role-playing exercises. They also gave us a full rundown of the brand, its mission, and its values. The tasks were centered around creating fun and memorable interactions and building rapport. It felt enjoyable and expressive, truly reflecting the brand's inclusive and welcoming spirit. We even got goody bags at the end!

It was super easy, they ask that you know English but you never really use it. They start by asking about you and your experience, and if you pay attention to detail. How you handle stress and stuff like that, the usual. It doesn't take long and they get back to you really fast.

Technical Behavioral

The interview started with an initial call, then a technical take-home assignment. After that, I had an in-person interview to discuss the assignment. It was nice that the staff were friendly and the office seemed good. I even got a generous goody bag. However, the job was advertised as one day a week in the office, but that requirement changed and increased during the process. Also, the deadline for the take-home task was wrong initially, and they only corrected it on the day it was due.
