I applied and heard back quickly via text about an interview. The process was pretty relaxed. They had me do a hands-on trial making a bath bomb, and then we went upstairs for the question part.

The interview started with a very relaxed welcome and no dress code was required, although I chose to dress smart casual. I got to try my hand at making a few products on the production floor. Then, I was asked some questions about my motivation for joining the company, my prior experience, and my future aspirations. We also discussed my availability and start date. I received feedback within 2 hours.

Applied 2 days ago, got a call the morning after. They wanted me to come in for an interview where I'd show off my bath bomb making skills. I had to bring ID. When I got there, I met two guys, had a sort of formal interview with one, and the other showed me around the factory. Then, I had to make 10 bath bombs with a worker, who was really helpful. I think they hire if you show you're hardworking, eager to learn, and pick things up fast. Got a call a few hours later with a job offer. I guess it helps that I'm a Lush fan and worked there briefly before. Not sure if all factory hiring is this speedy.
