It was a 3-round interview process plus one final round with the Director of SWE. Overall, it was a good and fair process, though HR could have been more responsive. The interviewers were professional and asked practical questions that were closely tied to the actual responsibilities of the role. Each round felt structured, with a good balance between technical discussions and behavioral assessments. The conversations provided valuable insights into the team's workflow, collaboration style, and product expectations.

Behavioral Presentation Case

I went through six rounds of interviews for the Channel Account Manager position at Logitech — including HR screening, several interviews with regional and EMEA management, and a final round with the Channel Leader. The process lasted around two months in total, with no clear communication on the next steps or timeline. After weeks of silence, I had to follow up multiple times myself to get updates. Eventually, after all rounds, I received a very generic rejection email, with no constructive feedback or explanation — despite the significant amount of time and preparation I had invested. To make things worse, I was again offered a more junior Inside Sales role, which I had already declined earlier in the process. This felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially after being considered for a senior strategic role. I didn’t get this position and even if I had, I would consider twice if I want to join such company…

Got an email about an initial HR call. Interviewed with a hiring manager on Friday. Sent a take-home test to do over the weekend, due Sunday morning. They didn't reply after submission. After inquiring, it took them three weeks to evaluate my test and give positive feedback, then went silent again. Later, HR sent an email saying they were impressed by my credentials but chose other candidates, citing technical gaps in my coding assignment. They wished me luck and encouraged me to check their website for more opportunities. It seems like a generic email, especially since they loved my implementation but then pointed out gaps.

It was a pretty long process. First, there was a phone screening. Then, I had a bunch of follow-up interviews with the international marketing team. After that, I interviewed with both the sales director and the marketing director. I presented some ideas, and they seemed impressed. Unfortunately, even though they gave me a verbal offer, it didn't work out because of financing problems. Looking back, it was a bit of a letdown – it took forever, wasn't very clear what was happening, and there was no real follow-through, even after all those interview rounds I passed.
