Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Logitech.
Marketing
I had one phone interview with a talent acquisition person, and one phone interview with presumably the boss. The meeting was cordial and straightforward. Felt it went ok. I waited for a call back for weeks but have heard zero back. Really bad manners by a corporate that should really know better. It's a difficult job market; treat people better.
- Can you tell me about your Marketing experience?
Marketing
My interview experience was great and I felt really comfortable. The company culture seemed good and the colleagues were helpful. Then the new CEO came and things got transitional with layoffs.
- How do you define success?
Marketing
First round phone interview with an EMEA based talent acquisition partner. The interviewer seemed totally uninterested in my responses, did not give a good first impression of the company and made no effort to build rapport. I did not move forward to the next stage of the process regardless of my experience being more than adequate for the role. I was unsuprised about this however given the demeanour of the interviewer from the outset of the call. Even if I did move forward in the recruitment process I would have declined after having such a negative first impression.
