First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Logitech.
Marketing Manager
It was a pretty long process. First, there was a phone screening. Then, I had a bunch of follow-up interviews with the international marketing team. After that, I interviewed with both the sales director and the marketing director. I presented some ideas, and they seemed impressed. Unfortunately, even though they gave me a verbal offer, it didn't work out because of financing problems. Looking back, it was a bit of a letdown – it took forever, wasn't very clear what was happening, and there was no real follow-through, even after all those interview rounds I passed.
- Can you discuss our industry-specific products and their jargon/specs?
- Regarding our industry-specific products, how well do you understand the jargon and product specs?
Marketing Lead
I had an initial HR call, then a meeting with the hiring manager, but she missed the first scheduled meeting. After that, I met with two colleagues. This company's hiring process is incredibly disorganized; I dealt with two different HR people who were unresponsive or unhelpful. I'm still unsure about the job status, as my Jobvite profile indicates I'm still in the running and the position hasn't been filled.

Digital Marketing Manager
It started with a phone interview, then a long onsite. The onsite had 1-to-1 interviews with six people from different departments. Some interviewers had clearly looked over my resume and were ready, but others seemed to be making it up as they went along. They all seemed to think my skills were great and a good fit for the job.
