Interviews were with very friendly people. Many interviews happened on the same day. Some interviews felt too short at only 30 minutes, which made it hard to get into detail. However, the Senior Management seemed very approachable and down-to-earth.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through a few rounds of interviews. First was with HR, then after a couple weeks, the hiring manager called me. Then I had an on-site interview for about 3 hours with different team members and cross-functional peers. After that, I had another on-site to meet with the hiring manager, director, and head of another department. These interviews were about a week apart. They weren't too hard. I got a verbal offer, then an email. The official offer came after agreeing on terms and a start date. But my requested start date (4 weeks out for a trip) wasn't okay, and they wouldn't discuss an earlier one. So they withdrew the offer. HR apologized and said leadership put the role on hold and my start date issue meant they had to drop the position. She hinted it might be a contract role. I'm surprised they offered and then withdrew so quickly, especially since I was a referral. It was an emotional ride and a waste of time. Good thing I didn't quit my job. It's a reminder to always wait for the official offer and background check before resigning.

Behavioral Technical Other

Started with a phone screen, which I felt was just a basic check. Then an onsite interview the next week with 7 rounds, each about 30-40 minutes long, with peers (4) and directors (3). Interviewers were from different teams to assess synergy. Given it's a project management role, there were many relevant questions. After a couple of weeks, I had a 30-minute call with the VP of Engineering, and then got an offer. Pretty straightforward interviews. Just be honest and enjoy it. The people here are the best, super friendly and always smiling!
