Group Presentation Case

We had a group discussion. Candidates were split into different rooms. Each room was assigned a role and given a case study. We then presented our discussion to the judges. Everyone in the room presented their findings based on their assigned role. The focus was on teamwork and how we supported each other when answering questions. Overall, the group discussion was fun.

The process wasn't very clear, HR gave one sequence of steps but the managers gave another. I progressed to the interview with the Directorate, but suddenly everyone disappeared and gave me no feedback at all. However, all the interviews were very fluid, like a chat, without pressure. The last phase was a bit more nerve-wracking because it was with the directorate, but it became lighter as the interview progressed.

I went to an in-person assessment center last year. It had three parts. First, a quick intro to current staff and the day's schedule. The task was to create a premium ketchup as a team. We were in a room with a time limit to prepare a presentation about the product's finances and our reasoning, followed by questions. Second, we had a lunch where we could network with employees (they were watching us). Then, we went back to a room with our team to give our presentation (remember to talk!). We were questioned on the presentation, so think about possible questions. Third and last, an individual interview with two employers. Questions were similar to previous interviews. That was it, and we'd know if we were successful within the week. Hope this helps.

It started with a CV screening, then some pymetrics games. If you passed those, you did a pymetrics video interview with 4 questions. You got 2-3 minutes to prep and 2-3 minutes to answer each. The next step was a 30-minute online face-to-face interview with basic STAR questions where you could learn more about the role and ask your own questions.

Confirmed questions8 questions
  • Could you introduce yourself in about a minute?
  • What motivated your application and what specifically about KH interests you?
  • Describe a professional or personal achievement you're particularly proud of, and explain your reasons.
