First they looked at my CV to see if I fit the requirements. Then I had to do an online Pymetrics assessment and a Pymetrics video interview. After that, there was an online screening interview over Microsoft Teams. This was followed by a 1-hour Excel-based case study, and then an interview with the hiring manager. Finally, they made an offer.

The interview process started with an HR call where they were professional and clear about the salary. Then, I had a 30-minute call with the Hiring Manager, which was mostly behavioral questions and didn't delve much into the job specifics. The next stage was a 30-minute discussion with another team's manager, focusing on the role's responsibilities and including some behavioral questions. Finally, I met with the skip-level manager, the 'big boss,' who was very friendly and more interested in getting to know me personally than asking about past experiences. It was a positive interaction with the team overall, though I wish I'd learned more about the team's work/life balance.

The interview process began with a phone screen that was pretty detailed, focusing a lot on my current role. It felt more like a conversation than a standard screening. After that, I had a Hiring Manager interview which was just okay. The HR person who did the initial phone screen sent over the benefits information after our first chat.
