Application review then i was invited to do some logic/IQ games. Then an online interview by myself with 3 questions about the company's ownership mentality and why I'm interested in Kraft Heinz, plus a situation where I took ownership. After that, an HR interview to discuss company/position specifics, my opinions, general info, strengths & weaknesses. Lastly, a Manager Interview to go over relevant experience, Excel skills, my understanding of the role, why Kraft Heinz, and how I fit into a multicultural/cross-functional setting.

I had a really bad interview experience at Kraft. First, a recruiter called me, and after interviewing me, said she would set up another call. It took weeks, and I had to email her to find out she 'forgot.' I finally spoke to another recruiter, and then had a 4-hour in-person interview. I followed up with everyone, but heard nothing for 4 months. I emailed the recruiter 5 times with no response. I emailed her boss, and then the recruiter called me back the next day. She said the job was filled, but another team was interested. She said another recruiter would set up an interview, but after weeks of no contact, I found her number was deactivated. I wish they'd just tell me if they aren't interested instead of wasting my time.

The interview process began with a standard online numerical and aptitude test. After completing this, I was invited to a Skype interview. On the day of the Skype interview, I was informed that the position was on hold. We had a brief discussion, and another meeting was scheduled for a month later. However, the situation remained the same at that point.
