I got recruited on campus through the Marketing/Management Career Fair and some organizations. After submitting my resume, I was selected for the first round of interviews. It was a pretty chill conversation where they really wanted to understand my interest in sales, why company culture matters to me, and what I could contribute to the company. The whole thing was only 30 minutes long.

I spoke with two people for this job. They started with general questions about me, like my biggest wins and what I learned from the Kraft website. Then, they asked some behavioral questions, like a time I led a team and a time I motivated my team to finish a project. In the end, they mentioned they didn't have any openings right now but would stay in touch.

The role is a bit unusual, not easily found online. It's basically a territory sales rep job where you get restaurants, schools, prisons, and cafeterias to buy bulk Kraft products. You'll do product demos and might have to travel overnight sometimes, but mostly you'll be around your home area. I had an initial 20-minute phone call to set up the first interview.
