It was a super easy and quick process. Just a casual chat about my background and if I'd be a good fit for the team. Everything was very straightforward and fast.

After applications closed, it took them a week to get back for interviews. It was a quick process. The first round included two 30-minute panel interviews with a total of five interviewers, all of whom were either direct or indirect managers.

It was a quick start with the recruiter, then two hiring managers, and finally a Legal Manager from an external team. The initial pace and enthusiasm seemed to drop off. It's worth noting that you might be interviewed by people with less experience than you for the role. There's a concerning trend of rapid progression for inexperienced employees, which you can verify on LinkedIn. The question 'why do you want to work for Kraftheinz?' felt strange given the company's significant losses and poor culture. My advice is not to compromise your experience or standards for this amateur organization. Their 'ownership' culture doesn't seem to extend to the recruitment team, who are known to ghost candidates that are clearly overqualified, only to fall back on them if their preferred less-experienced, cheaper candidate declines an offer. KraftHeinz, if you want to improve your culture and profitability, hire the best candidates. Otherwise, the career progression of inexperienced staff will continue to impact the business, a trend that seems to have been ongoing since the 3G acquisition.
