Account Executive
Absolute waste of time. Went through 3 rounds, 2 assessments, and 3 roleplays with them, only to be ghosted. The hiring manager was so unprofessional during the last roleplay; she didn't even know who she was supposed to be. She also gave really vague answers to basic questions like, “how is your team delivering against targets?” saying, “good portion of people are reaching targets.” This is particularly bad considering they pay AEs 40% under the national average and commission is crucial for survival. It's impossible to gauge target realism when hiring managers can't answer fundamental questions. And on top of it all, they just ghost you. No feedback, no explanation, not even an automated rejection. Seriously, do better.

Sales Development Representative Intern
The interview process was super welcoming and upfront. During the first chat, the team was really clear about the company's mission, its culture, and what they were looking for in the role. The second interview was really professional, and I got to talk to several team members. I really liked hearing about their own experiences and viewpoints—it gave me a real feel for the strong, positive vibe around the office. Overall, it was a great experience!
- Can you share a challenge you've faced and overcome in a previous work or academic setting?
Senior Director, Sales
Overall, the interview journey from applying to signing felt good. After I sent my CV, I heard back in under 3 hours to set up an initial chat. Everything was super clear, I always knew where I stood and what was coming next. The TA manager was really on top of things and showed how efficient interviewing can be. Since it was a key role, I had 5 interviews after the first one. They gave me feedback after each stage, either right away or soon after. What was also great was how consistent everyone was about the role – what's working, the good and the bad. Everyone was straight up about what they expected, the challenges, and the company vibe. No fluff, just the real deal. It felt like a real conversation, and I got plenty of chances to ask questions, which they answered thoroughly and directly. Signing the contract was easy because we'd ironed out all the details early on and as we went. Big thanks to the talent manager for handling everything so dedicatedly, making it a great candidate experience.

Support Technician
After applying for the Core Support Technician role, I first got an email to do a simple logic and math test, just answer as many as you can out of 50 questions. Then I had to do a personality assessment where I answered statements like 'Strongly Agree' or 'Strongly Disagree'. After that, the recruiter reached out to schedule the first interview. This first interview was pretty chill, asking about my background and what I know about KnowBe4, plus some technical stuff. Then, I had a Zoom interview with two Support team members. It was a really good and fun interview, they made me feel super comfortable. They all said they love working there and are super supportive of each other. We talked about the company, daily tasks, and they answered all my questions. It ended with a roleplay where I had to help a customer. They told me they'd give feedback to the recruiter and she'd call me soon. They move fast and got back to me the next day! They called to say they'd check my references, then called back an hour later to offer me the job! The whole process was really easy, I'd recommend it.
