Sales Development Representative
The interview process was really great. It started with an initial screening call with a recruiter that lasted about 25 minutes, followed by a 1-hour meeting with the managers which included a role-play exercise. Everyone I met was super nice and welcoming.
- What qualities are essential for a successful SDR?
Sales Development Representative
Started with a basic comprehension test and a personality test. Then a phone interview with Talent Acquisition, with standard questions. The final step was a mock sales call, facing objections from a fake prospect, and some questions about my past work experience. It was a good experience overall!
- What's your approach to handling rejection?
- Tell me about your past professional experience.
Sales Development Representative
Started with some IQ/behavioral tests, then a quick HR phone screen. After that, about a week later, I had a virtual interview with an HR person and two SDR managers. It was pretty chill and straightforward, just the usual interview stuff. It went for about an hour. Got the offer like 5 minutes after it ended. Super easy overall.
- Can you share an experience of failure and how you managed it?
- What motivates your interest in our company?
- What appeals to you about this specific role?
