The interview process at KnowBe4 was different and not typical. It felt more like a real chat than a strict Q&A. The questions were interesting, made to check not just experience but also how you solve problems and if you fit the company. I liked that I could ask good questions too, so it was a two-way talk. All in all, the process was fun, made me think, and really showed their company vibe.

The interview process was smooth and everyone made me feel comfortable. They were really looking for the right fit for the company, so we mostly covered my experience and why I think I'm a good fit for the position. It was great not to go through some of the ridiculous interview questions that can be asked that have nothing to do with your experience or what makes you valuable to them. Overall, it was very relaxed and a comfortable environment versus an interrogation.
