I really appreciated the great experience I had with Isabel Vanauken and her recruitment team. They were super professional from beginning to end and made it enjoyable. They kept me in the loop with clear and quick communication at every step. Their attentiveness, responsiveness, and genuine care made me feel valued and really welcomed. It's clear Isabel and her team care a lot about making sure candidates have a good experience. I'm thankful for their help.

Absolute waste of time. Went through 3 rounds, 2 assessments, and 3 roleplays with them, only to be ghosted. The hiring manager was so unprofessional during the last roleplay; she didn't even know who she was supposed to be. She also gave really vague answers to basic questions like, “how is your team delivering against targets?” saying, “good portion of people are reaching targets.” This is particularly bad considering they pay AEs 40% under the national average and commission is crucial for survival. It's impossible to gauge target realism when hiring managers can't answer fundamental questions. And on top of it all, they just ghost you. No feedback, no explanation, not even an automated rejection. Seriously, do better.

This was the worst interview I've had. It was a total mess and unprofessional. The HR told me to schedule an interview with her, but she ghosted me on the interview day and didn't even let me know. The HR kept asking me how much I wanted the job and seemed to want to speed through the whole thing, which felt shady. Then, the hiring manager was rude and arrogant, and clearly hadn't even looked at my resume. The whole thing was just awful.
