The interview process was scheduled and attended on time, but there has been no proactive follow-up from HR. We are required to reach out each time to get updates. It would be better if the HR process could be streamlined and made more interactive, with timely communication and proactive updates shared with candidates.

After I applied online, I got a link to do an AI interview with 5 behavioural questions. Then they sent an email to set up an in-person interview with the Operations Manager and Store Manager that was supposed to be 15 minutes. But when I got there, they weren't there and an employee interviewed me instead.
