Associate
I had applied a month prior for a different role and didn't hear back. I went ahead and applied for this one online anyway. The application involved audio and video parts where you pick the best response to a situation. It took me about 2 hours to complete the whole thing online. About 3 weeks after applying, I got a call. The interviewer was really nice, and I was offered the job right at the end of our conversation. They were also flexible with my schedule.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations in a customer service role?
- Tell me about a time you had to achieve specific goals.
- Describe a situation with a difficult customer and how you resolved it.
Associate
I applied online after seeing the job posting multiple times. I got an email for an interview a day or two later. I got to the interview location, which was easy to find since it was across the street from the train, about 30 minutes early. I waited around 10-15 minutes before a hiring manager took me and two other women to the interview area in the back. While waiting, one of the other candidates was pretty rude when I asked a simple question. After another 10 minutes, the second hiring manager called me into his office. He was very friendly, asked about my personal life, and made jokes, which put me at ease. The interview was easy. At the end, he mentioned I'd get an email about pay and other details, so I think I got the job.
- In which department of the store do you feel you would fit best?
- Can you tell me about your schooling?
Associate
The interview process was quite straightforward. I had a conversation with a very pleasant and kind lady who asked me several questions, which I then answered. I didn't feel any discomfort during the entire interaction.
- Are you able to lift between 40 to 100 pounds?
