I applied online, then got a call from the recruiter for a phone interview. It lasted about 20 minutes. They asked mostly behavioral questions about customer service, teamwork, and how I prioritize. I think there were 8-9 questions in total, and they also asked me to talk about my background. The recruiter explained what they were looking for and their offer. My advice is to have your answers ready for all questions because you won't have much time to think on the phone. You might get 1 or 2 questions you aren't ready for, but that's okay.

It was a pretty simple interview process. I applied online and then got a call about a week later. They asked me to come in the very next day for the interview itself. The interview lasted about half an hour and they asked some basic questions about my customer service background and why I was interested in the position.
