It was like a group assessment centre situation with several tables, each having about 6-8 people. We watched videos on Kmart's values and desired staff behaviors, then discussed given scenarios and did some simple problem-solving tasks with those at our tables. Staff members observed us, sometimes joining our discussions. Afterwards, we were invited for a short one-on-one interview.
