After finishing the online assessments (aptitude, psychometric tests), there were two in-person rounds. Both rounds were strictly evaluated by professionals and punctuality was crucial. You needed to be bold and confident in your answers. The first in-person round was technical, involving different sales role-play situations where you had to convince them accordingly. The second in-person round was an HR round with basic questions.

I had a phone interview scheduled for March 11, 2026, but the recruiter didn't call. I emailed to ask about rescheduling, and they replied the next day, blaming 'Technical Issues' and setting up a new call for the 18th. This call lasted about 20 minutes, where they explained the role and asked about my experience and how my engineering background could be useful in sales. They advanced me to the next stage, but the earliest I could schedule was March 27th. However, on the morning of the 26th, I received an email stating the position was filled. The recruiter also never responded to my emails regarding the job. It was a pretty bad experience overall.

It was a really disappointing and unprofessional interview experience. I had a final in-person interview and they told me they'd reply within 5 business days. It took almost a month, and I had to chase them to get a negative outcome with no feedback. The sales managers were initially nice, but the process made me doubt myself. They didn't seem to care about my skills or my interest in the company/role. Whenever I said something positive, they asked strange, unanswerable rhetorical questions, as if trying to discourage me from joining. I was told beforehand that I wouldn't need to prepare much and it would be easier than the Assessment Centre, which was a lie. And then they just went completely silent? It was ridiculous. The office was nice, though the vibe was a bit dull and gloomy.

It's a 4-stage interview. First is a group meeting with HR where they explain the company and the role. The second stage is also with HR and is more about your attitude and why you want the job - you really need to show you're convinced. The third step is more technical. The fourth and final stage is in the Milan office and is entirely in English. This interview might seem easy, but it requires you to be precise, have quick answers, avoid hesitation, and be prepared from the very beginning.
