It was a multi-step, tough process, with full days over several days. There were about 3-4 interviews in total. I didn't get much info about the actual job until the offer came through. The interviews were long, and they expected us to study a product manual beforehand so we could try to 'sell' them their own product, even though we had no prior industry experience.

The selection process has several key stages. First, you need to make a video presentation of your resume, showing off your experience and skills. After that, you'll take psychometric tests and a math test to check your abilities. Lastly, you'll have an interview with the directors to show you're a good fit for the job. This process is designed to find well-rounded and prepared candidates.

The process starts with a video call with HR. Then, there's a math and English test. The main interview follows a dynamic activity, again with HR. The whole thing takes months. The weird part of the dynamic is wearing a suit and tie for 15 minutes to play a card game called Hanabi with 3 other candidates for the job. My round had at least two other groups from cities like Campinas, Guarulhos, Sorocaba, and Santos. HR mentioned they did the same dynamic with 5 other groups each day, all competing for one position. In my opinion, it lacked empathy for those who traveled from other cities and surely spent money on parking and gas, which aren't cheap. After the HR part, there are more interviews with managers and the President.
