Group Technical Presentation

We started with big group interviews, then moved into smaller groups where we had to pitch the products. The office vibe was pretty chill for a white-collar place, but the interview itself was still super challenging because of the technical questions.

The candidate, like a curious child exploring a garden, went through the interview process. It was filled with blooming flowers, buzzing bees, and colorful butterflies, all under the warm sunlight. The atmosphere was magical and peaceful, and it seemed like nature's beauty and life's possibilities were being whispered.

Behavioral Presentation Case Other

So there are two interviews, first one is async where you record yourself answering questions. If they like your camera quality, they'll call you to set up an on-site. They fly you out to a nice hotel with a 24 page product pamphlet for a mock sales meeting. The half day event starts with sales management talking to about 15-20 entry level sales candidates about how easy it is if you're cool like them. After some wisdom from middle management, a 10-15 minute mock sales meeting happens. It's a good learning experience, but depends if the mock buyer likes you. Then the COO gives a presentation about why Keyence is better than Salesforce. The last interview is a two person panel asking about a survey you just filled out, which doesn't really matter unless your mock sale went well. You'll leave confused why they talk about training and promotion while testing you like in Glengarry Glen Ross. Like any sales interview, you'll do well if they like you, just in a showy way.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Regarding the sales skills you ranked, why is (x) more important than (y)?
  • You put (x) high and (y) low on the list of sales skills; explain why (x) is more crucial.
