We started with a recruiter phone call to go over location needs and my background. Then, there was a virtual interview with some timed prompts. The last stage involved a sales roleplay and an interview with members of the sales team.

First I went to an info session which was pretty good. After that, I was sent a link to do a HireVue, which is a self-recorded interview. I didn't really like the HireVue part because it felt weird and I don't think they could really get to know me from a video. You only have 30 seconds to prep and 3 minutes to answer each question. The info session was great and I was really looking forward to it, but I didn't get past the HireVue. The questions were pretty straightforward and related to the job. I wish I could have talked to a real person. It felt rushed and awkward doing the self-recorded interview.

it was a three step process. first, i introduced myself. then, there was logical testing and a role play where i had to sell a product. finally, i had an interview with the CEO, which also involved testing my reflection on a specific situation. they're looking for sales talent and want to see if i'm suitable to be a salesperson.

A customer calls, distressed because a machine isn't working. You have two parts, one costing 4000 and the other 20000, and you need to meet your annual budget (you're short 15k). Which part do you sell them? (Both parts fix the problem).
