Case Behavioral

The interview process was very structured and organized. Although I received a rejection, it was well-justified, which allowed me to reorient myself accordingly. The interaction was respectful and the concept well thought out.

Behavioral Technical

I applied in June 2024 for a Junior Sales Specialist role. Shortly after, I was contacted for the first of what they called 5 interviews. I passed the first step and then had 2 more interviews, reaching the end of July. From that point, they disappeared. After I insisted with several emails, they told me I passed the third interview and they would contact me by the end of September. This process would hypothetically last at least 4 months, as I still had two more interviews to go. They never contacted me again. What's more absurd is that they continue to post job offers daily for the same position in various locations across Italy. They offer a competitive salary with benefits like a company car from the start, which is uncommon for a junior role, and they don't require specific skills or background, looking for recent graduates from any field. I don't know why they do this, maybe to gain consumer visibility as a multinational company active only in B2B. My advice? Stay away, it's a waste of time.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process has 4 stages. First, there's a virtual recruiting day where they describe the company, followed by a quick chat with a recruiter. Second, there's an interview with a recruiter. Third, an interview with the manager. Fourth, an interview in English with the CEO. They ask basic questions during the interview. It seems like the interviews might not be genuinely for hiring but more for brand exposure, as they frequently post the same job opening for recent graduates with no experience. This leads me to believe they might be planning to expand their sales to B2C clients as well as B2B, and these interviews are just for visibility.
