Business Development
It was a really disappointing and unprofessional interview experience. I had a final in-person interview and they told me they'd reply within 5 business days. It took almost a month, and I had to chase them to get a negative outcome with no feedback. The sales managers were initially nice, but the process made me doubt myself. They didn't seem to care about my skills or my interest in the company/role. Whenever I said something positive, they asked strange, unanswerable rhetorical questions, as if trying to discourage me from joining. I was told beforehand that I wouldn't need to prepare much and it would be easier than the Assessment Centre, which was a lie. And then they just went completely silent? It was ridiculous. The office was nice, though the vibe was a bit dull and gloomy.

Business Development Manager
The interview process was nice and smooth. They kept it very professional and systematic. I'm very happy with the treatment and think everyone must apply to this company. It was very good and subtle, with equal opportunities for everyone.
- What motivates you?
- Tell me about your short-term goals.
- Tell me about your long-term goals.
Business Development Associate
So first there was a quick 15 minute HireVue thing, like a recorded video interview. About two weeks later, I got a call to talk with the hiring manager, mainly about my past work experience. The next interview was to check my technical skills, where the hiring manager asked me 14 questions. The last interview was in person with the hiring manager and two other people from the team. After that last one, I never heard back, even when I followed up via email, so I guess they decided not to move forward with me. It's kind of a bummer, makes me think twice about applying there again because they seemed pretty unresponsive.
- How do you organize your day and do you use a planner?
- How do you function within a team environment?
- Could you explain what a p-value is?
