It was a Microsoft Teams meeting, about 30 mins long. We talked about the Standard Products team and what the role involves. They also asked about my resume. The recruiter didn't seem to get the engineering responsibilities, and I couldn't get good answers about projects or team structure, but they said I wasn't prepared and didn't get the job description.

The interview process was straightforward. It started with an HR phone interview, followed by an interview with the hiring manager a week later. Since then, there's been silence, which has lasted over a month. I was told I'd hear back from HR regardless, and I wish there was more mutual respect, especially coming from such a well-known, large company. A candidate's time should be valued just as much as the hiring team's. A simple notification of not being selected would have been appreciated.
