I applied online and got a call pretty fast to set up a phone interview. I talked to the Director of HR for about 20-30 minutes. She asked some basic questions and said they'd be interviewing over the next few weeks. That was over a month ago, and I haven't heard anything back. It would have been nice to get a heads-up that they went with someone else.
