- Can you suggest five ways to improve the door design?
Mechanical Engineer
The interview process involved a recruiter call followed by an onsite visit. During the onsite, I had discussions about my resume projects and experiences. It was a quick and direct conversation. The team made me feel comfortable, and they gave me a tour of the facility. I also met the engineers I would be collaborating with and saw their products. Additionally, I received information about their markets and competitors. The process concluded with a background check and an offer.
- What skills do you possess that would be most beneficial to our company?
- Could you elaborate on your projects and experiences as detailed in your resume?
Mechanical Engineer
They started with some basic questions about my resume, skills, and experience. Then, we went into details about the product development process for the internship. They also asked some technical questions about projects I did in undergrad and grad school. The HR person asked some basic stuff about my goals and if I'd be okay moving for work.
