There were 5 interviews in total. It started with a phone call from the recruiter, then a phone call with the hiring manager. After that, I had face-to-face interviews with the hiring manager, then the VP, and finally the HR director. The offer was emailed the next day and I was able to negotiate the base salary. They asked a lot of situational questions to make sure they were picking the best person for the role. I was pretty impressed with how they ran their interviews.

The focus was on attitude and personality, looking for potential talent that can be developed and promoted. The direct manager focused on skills, knowledge, and management abilities during a roughly 2-hour interview. The Finance Head assessed potential in about 30 minutes.
