We kicked off with a group discussion (GD) round. Then there were two more interview rounds: one was technical and the other was HR-focused, mostly about real-world marketing ideas, case studies, and guestimates. The HR interview was pretty relaxed. You should really nail down marketing concepts like 4P, STP, and CCD with practical examples from life. And get ready for case study questions.

The interview process was good and basic. It started with an online assessment, followed by an online interview. The first interview was technical, and then there was an HR interview. The technical interview focused on practical aspects of subjects mentioned in the resume like IC engineering and fluids. It was a 15-minute interview.

So the interviewers mostly asked me about my CV and internship stuff. They first wanted to hear about my education and main accomplishments from my CV. Then, a lot of the questions were about my internships because they wanted to see what I actually knew and could do in practice. They dug into what I did, the projects I was on, and any tech I used. For example, they asked me to break down a big project, the problems I ran into, and how I solved them. They also cared about what happened because of my work, like if things got better, how I helped solve problems, or if I was good at teamwork. They also checked my communication and analytical skills by asking how I worked with others, met deadlines, and adjusted to new places. Some questions were hypothetical, to see how I'd handle tough situations or disagreements at work. Basically, it was a deep dive into my personal and professional growth as shown on my CV. It was a good chance to show my strengths, my hands-on learning from internships, and prove I was ready for the job. Talking about my background made it a good conversation where I could connect my skills to what the company needed.

First, you'll take an aptitude test that includes questions specific to your engineering specialization. After that, there's an HR round where they'll ask about relocating, your family background, projects you've worked on, and some things about your hobbies. Lastly, a technical round where you should prepare questions from your specific engineering branch and your favorite subject.
