First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ITC.
Sales Intern
The interview process was not good and felt embarrassing for interviewees. The interviewers seemed to take things for granted. They only choose candidates who have a driving license and don't prioritize freshers. They also base internship decisions on the candidate's living location. This driving license and location criteria should be mentioned before the interview.
- Can you define tertiary sales?
Sales Intern
First there was an online aptitude test, then an online group discussion. If you passed that, you had a personal interview with HR and the department head, also online. The aptitude test was easy to moderate, the GD was pretty basic, and the HR round was easy too.
- Tell me about your understanding of sales and marketing.
- Can you walk me through your CV?
Marketing and Sales Intern
ITC’s interview process usually starts with an online aptitude test. After that, you might have a group discussion or a case study round. Then there are technical and HR interviews. These stages are meant to check your analytical skills, how you solve problems, your technical knowledge, how well you communicate and work in a team, your leadership potential, and if you’re a good fit for ITC’s work culture and the job requirements.
- Tell me about your biggest achievement.
