So basically the hiring process can be kinda different everywhere you go. But here's like a pretty normal way things usually go: 1. First, they look at your application to see if you've got the basics covered. 2. Then, HR usually gives you a quick call to chat and see if you're a good fit, and if you're actually into the role. 3. Next up, if they like you, you'll have your first interview. This could be in person or, more often these days, a video call. Someone from HR, a future coworker, or your manager might interview you to check out your skills, experience, and if you'd fit in. 4. The second round is usually a bit more in-depth. You might meet with some more senior folks or a few team members, talk more about the job, and get asked some deeper technical and behavioral questions. 5. Depending on the job, they might also give you a test or a task related to what you'd be doing. Like a coding test for a dev job or a writing task for a writer. 6. The last interview is normally with the big bosses, the execs or people who make the final call. This one's often more about seeing if you vibe with the company culture and its goals. 7. If all that goes well, they'll probably check your references to confirm what you've told them. 8. And then, if everything's good, they'll offer you the job! Sometimes you'll get to talk about salary and stuff.

The interview process was a bit lengthy but it was all worth it. It involved an aptitude test, a technical round, and then an HR round. The selection part was not negotiable. However, the selection process took 3-4 months as it was a bulk interview.

The interview was a mix of video conference and phone calls. There wasn't a separate HR round for salary talks. They ended up sending an offer letter, but the salary increase wasn't significant, and they were firm on not negotiating.
