Sales Associate
The interview process kicked off with a review of my CV, followed by a discussion about the FMCG market in India. They wanted to gauge my readiness for the role and the company. We then delved into retail sales, some marketing concepts, and a case study was presented.
- How prepared are you for this role and the company?
- What's your background in retail sales?
- Can you explain a few marketing concepts?
Sales Associate
The hiring process begins with an aptitude test, which is key for initial screening. After that, you'll go through a group discussion and then an HR round. Make sure you know about the company's products and current market dynamics. Dressing in a suit is recommended, and confident communication skills are a big plus.
- Can you name a company product and explain your sales approach for it?
Sales Associate
It was a 2 round interview process. The first round involved a group discussion, and the second round consisted of three one-on-one interviews. Some candidates were eliminated after each stage, but overall it was a good experience, and the questions were pretty basic.
- What is your location preference?
