Software Engineer Intern
The final round for the Senior Cloud Solutions Architect role was intense but collaborative. The hiring manager was really interested in my experience with Xvantage and how I handle complicated multi-vendor cloud migration projects. I used the STAR method to explain a successful transition where I optimized a client's licensing model, showing both technical skill and commercial understanding. The emphasis on integrity and openness fits perfectly with my professional values.
- Can you describe your approach to managing complex multi-vendor cloud migration projects?
IT Professional
The final round involved four separate one-hour interviews. These were in-person meetings with the leaders of your rotation. The questions covered a range of topics, from technical to behavioral. They really focused on your personal projects and your knowledge of different technologies.
- What is the time complexity of a nested loop that iterates twice?
- Could you explain what a neural network is?
- Can you tell me about some of your personal projects?
Customer Success Specialist
An hour-long Teams call where they kept praising my skills and saying I'd be the ideal candidate, only to completely disappear without giving any feedback. I sent both an email and a WhatsApp message, and they completely ignored it. For a company that boasts about respecting people, they're just a bunch of clowns to me.
- What are your skills?
- What languages do you speak?
- Tell me about your education.
Content Strategist
I had a phone screening with the recruiter first. Then the same week, I interviewed with two hiring managers in the marketing department. The very next day, I had another interview with the hiring manager from a different part of the marketing department. The interviews were pretty relaxed and everyone was nice. I talked about my background and the kind of marketing I'm interested in, and I also answered some behavioral questions.
- What's something you're passionate about?
