Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview process had 3 rounds. It started with HR, then Senior Management, and the final round was a Technical interview with the Hiring Manager and their team. I didn't make it past the last round. The interviews were generally easy, and the team was supportive and friendly. In the last round, they asked about my comfort level with coming to their downtown office, to which I said yes. It was a nice experience visiting an office after more than 2 years.

Behavioral Technical

Had a phone call with the recruiter and it went well. The next part was a phone interview with the hiring manager and another manager. This phone interview was in-depth, like a face-to-face interview. They went through my resume and asked me to describe projects using the SOAR method: situation, obstacle, action, and result.
