The final round for the Senior Cloud Solutions Architect role was intense but collaborative. The hiring manager was really interested in my experience with Xvantage and how I handle complicated multi-vendor cloud migration projects. I used the STAR method to explain a successful transition where I optimized a client's licensing model, showing both technical skill and commercial understanding. The emphasis on integrity and openness fits perfectly with my professional values.

The whole interview process was conducted in a group discussion (GD) setting, covering both the technical interview and the HR round. They mainly assessed if you are open to the world. In the interview, they let you speak in front of others, which I really liked. They made me feel comfortable right from the start. It was a new and great experience for me.
