The interviewer asked me questions about my major choice and how many other interviews I had lined up. I mentioned that I didn't have any interviews at the time due to the COVID-19 situation. She spent about 15 minutes inquiring why I didn't have other interviews, which made me feel uncomfortable and question my worth. She then talked about her company for 10 minutes and suggested I email any questions for a faster response. I emailed my questions an hour after the interview but never received a response. A few days later, she contacted me on LinkedIn to inform me of my rejection. I thanked her and asked for feedback, but never heard back regarding my questions.
- Why did you decide to study Computer Science?
- Could you tell me about any other projects you've been involved in?
- Are you currently interviewing with other companies? If so, how many, and why?

The selection process was quite rigorous, with 3 stages. The HR and managers were very demanding. The first activity was carried out by the company Via de Acesso, where we did a personal presentation and wrote an essay on current topics. Then we had an interview with Ingram's HR, where we introduced ourselves again and had to develop an innovative product. After passing the HR interview, we moved on to an interview with the area manager. This time it was more of a chat, and they asked us to write another essay, at the end of which I was told it was just to analyze how I express myself.
- What motivates you to provide good customer service?
