The interview process had 3 rounds. First, I spoke with a recruiter. Then, I had a conversation with the hiring manager, followed by a meeting with the manager I'd report to. Everything was well-organized and professional. They did take a while to give me an offer though, about a month after my last interview, if I recall correctly.

I had a phone screen first, and then two rounds of interviews with management and the team. They asked me questions about my past experiences and what I could bring to the company. They were interested in my client experience and how well I communicate.
