Behavioral Technical

The interview process was straightforward and involved two main stages. Initially, there was a telephone conversation with an HR representative, J., who was very welcoming and asked typical HR questions; this lasted about 20 minutes. The subsequent interview was with the Financial Controller and was more in-depth, covering general job-related questions as well as behavioral and situational scenarios. This second interview went on for about an hour.

Behavioral Technical

Applied for a different role, but it was taken. The recruiter reached out for a phone interview, and then I was invited for an in-person interview a few days later. I spoke with my direct manager and her boss, the Assistant Controller. We really connected, and they seemed genuinely interested in my responses. They were both professional and easy to talk to. The main drawback was the wait time after my second interview before they extended an offer.
