So for Infor, there are two main parts to the interview. First, you do a Technical Interview where they check your main tech skills, how you solve problems, your past projects, and if you know stuff like software testing, automation, basic programming, and some cloud things. Then, there's an HR Interview, which is more about how you talk, if you'd fit in, your attitude, what you want to do in your career, and if you're keen to learn and grow here. Together, these help Infor see if you've got the tech chops and if you're a good fit for their vibe.

So, the interview process is like, 3 stages to see if you're a good fit. First, HR will chat with you about your background, some behavioral stuff, what you wanna make, and if you vibe with the company. If you get past that, you'll have a Technical interview to check your skills and how you solve problems. Lastly, you'll meet with the Director to talk about your strategic thinking, leadership potential, and if you're aligned with the department's goals before they decide on hiring.

The interview process involved an Online Test (OT) with aptitude and coding questions, which I passed. Then, there was a Technical Interview where I was asked about cycle detection in linked lists, finding missing and repeating numbers in an array, and discussing my projects. They specifically asked about my ML work. Following that, I had a Senior Manager Technical Interview, which felt more like a formality, checking attitude and mindset. They asked about AI vs ML differences, some behavioral questions, and a very basic "Hello World" coding task. It seemed like the interviewer had already decided against me as the questions weren't very relevant. I wasn't selected. Key takeaways are that resume-based questions are crucial, so brush up on everything you mention. Managerial rounds might seem casual but they assess clarity, confidence, and communication.

The interview process at Infor Manila was really good and made me feel welcome. First, I had a phone chat with the recruiter where we went over my background, skills, and what I'm looking for career-wise. After that, I met face-to-face with the hiring manager. They really got into my technical skills, how I interact with people, and my understanding of what the job involves. I got to ask them questions too, which was great for learning about the team's vibe, their future plans, and how I could grow there. Everyone was professional, clear, and nice, which helped me relax and show what I know effectively.
